Robot Imugi from War Robots Game
Imugi is a robot that can teleport itself and its allies with its portals and gain stealth and speed boost that belongs to the Icarus Technologies faction.

Ability of Imugi
Imugi’s ability is called Battle Breach. When activated, Imugi ascends into the air, dropping a portal and gaining stealth, a 30% speed boost and a 5%, 10% or 15% damage buff depending on MK1, MK2 and MK3 level. When either the ability button is pressed a second time or the 8 second flight duration expires, Imugi lands, dropping its previous buffs but spawning another portal in its landing location. It also repairs itself and gains 37.5% damage resistance for 8 seconds. After, the ability enters a 10 second cooldown phase.

The portals spawned by Imugi’s ability are linked with each other. Allied robots (not titans) that pass through will teleport to the other portal and also gain 37.5% damage resistance for 10 seconds. However, any robot that passes through is then subject to a 10 second inability to teleport. This includes Imugi after landing. The portals last up to 60 seconds, but will disappear early if Imugi re-activates its ability before their time is up.

The Battle Breach ability makes Imugi a very unique and tactical robot that can go in and out of the battle with the unpredictable grace and speed of a dragon flying out of deep water. The ability also allows Imugi to support its allies and surprise its enemies.

Strategy of Imugi
Imugi is a medium robot with two medium hardpoints and one light hardpoint. This means that it can equip a variety of weapons to suit different ranges and playstyles. Some of the popular weapon combinations for Imugi are:

Scourge and Spark: These are energy weapons that deal more damage as they lock onto the target. They are effective at medium range and can bypass energy shields.
Igniter and Blaze: These are flamethrowers that deal continuous damage and have a chance to ignite the enemy. They are effective at close-mid range and can bypass physical shields.
Pulsar and Shredder: These are energy machine guns that deal moderate damage and have a chance to suppress the enemy. They are effective at mid-long range and can bypass energy shields.
The best way to use Imugi is to time its ability wisely and take advantage of its portals and buffs. Imugi should avoid exposing itself to enemy fire when its ability is on cooldown, as it has low durability and no other defensive mechanisms. Imugi should also avoid engaging multiple enemies at once, as its portals can only teleport one robot at a time.

A good strategy for Imugi is to deploy its portals near strategic positions or beacons, such as behind cover or on high ground. Imugi can then use its speed boost and stealth to move around and fire at other enemies with its weapons, while also being protected by its damage resistance. Imugi can also use its ability defensively, to recall its portals and retreat from danger or to reposition them for a better angle.

Imugi Threat Measure
Imugi is one of the most unique robots in War Robots, as it can teleport itself and its allies with its portals and gain stealth and speed boost. However, Imugi is not invincible, and it has some weaknesses that can be exploited by smart enemies.

Some of the ways to counter Imugi are:

Use stealth detection or quantum radar modules to reveal its location and target it.
Use weapons or abilities that can bypass or break its physical shield, such as rockets, flamethrowers, Titans’ weapons, or Arthur’s Blast Wave.
Use weapons or abilities that can disable or reduce its firepower or mobility, such as EMP, suppression, lockdown, or corrosion.
Use teamwork and coordination to focus fire on Imugi when its ability is on cooldown or when it is outnumbered.

Counterplay Imugi
Imugi is a very unique robot that can pose a serious threat to any enemy team. However, there are some robots that can counter Imugi effectively, either by using their own abilities or by using their weapons. The table below shows some of the robots that can counter Imugi in different ways.
  • Scorpion can teleport behind Imugi and freeze it with its rockets, preventing it from using its ability or escaping.
  • Hawk can fly above Imugi and damage it with its beam, bypassing its shield and stealth.
  • Shell can charge at Imugi and detonate its explosive shield, breaking its physical shield and freezing it.
  • Typhon can disable Imugi’s ability and weapons with its Blackout, and suppress it with its machine guns.
  • Orochi can stealthily approach Imugi and ignite it with its flamethrowers, bypassing its shield and stealth.
