Robot Nether from War Robots Game
Nether is a robot that can dash several times in a row and disable enemy abilities with its built-in weapon and forcefield that belongs to the SpaceTech faction.

Ability of Nether
Nether’s ability is called Quake. When activated, Nether consumes one ability charge and dashes forward, firing its built-in weapon at the enemy it is locked on to (if any). The built-in weapon is an energy weapon that deals marginal damage and applies the EMP effect to the robot that it hits. The EMP effect disables the enemy’s ability and modules for a few seconds.

Quake has five charges. Upon each ability activation, one ability charge is consumed. Each charge has a 10 second cooldown phase. The charges all replenish separately.

While using Quake, Nether also increases its damage output by 5%, 10% or 15% depending on MK1, MK2 and MK3 level.

Nether also has a passive ability called Nether Forcefield. The robot has protection that partially blocks received damage, with the defense level decreasing as incoming damage is blocked. The forcefield recharges once Nether has not taken damage for a while.

The Quake and Nether Forcefield abilities make Nether a very agile and disruptive robot that can dash in and out of the battle and damage and disable enemy abilities. The abilities also allow Nether to survive longer and deal more damage.

Strategy of Nether
Nether is a medium robot with four light hardpoints. This means that it can equip a variety of weapons to suit different ranges and playstyles. Some of the popular weapon combinations for Nether are:

Rime and Cryo: These are rocket launchers that deal high burst damage and have a chance to freeze the enemy. They are effective at close range and can break physical shields.
Spark and Scourge: These are energy weapons that deal more damage as they lock onto the target. They are effective at medium range and can bypass energy shields.
Shredder and Pulsar: These are energy machine guns that deal moderate damage and have a chance to suppress the enemy. They are effective at mid-long range and can bypass energy shields.
The best way to use Nether is to time its ability wisely and take advantage of its dashes and EMPs. Nether should avoid exposing itself to enemy fire when its ability is on cooldown or when its forcefield is depleted, as it has low durability and no other defensive mechanisms. Nether should also avoid engaging multiple enemies at once, as its built-in weapon can only target one enemy at a time.

A good strategy for Nether is to dash in and out of the battle, using its built-in weapon to disable enemy abilities and modules, while also firing its light weapons to deal more damage. Nether can also use its ability defensively, to escape from danger or to reposition itself for a better angle.

Nether Threat Measure
Nether is one of the most agile and disruptive robots in War Robots, as it can dash several times in a row and disable enemy abilities with its built-in weapon and forcefield. However, Nether is not invincible, and it has some weaknesses that can be exploited by smart enemies.

Some of the ways to counter Nether are:

Use stealth detection or quantum radar modules to reveal its location and target it.
Use weapons or abilities that can bypass or break its forcefield, such as rockets, flamethrowers, Titans’ weapons, or Arthur’s Blast Wave.
Use weapons or abilities that can disable or reduce its firepower or mobility, such as EMP, suppression, lockdown, or corrosion.
Use teamwork and coordination to focus fire on Nether when its ability is on cooldown or when it is outnumbered.
Counterplay Nether
Nether is a very agile and disruptive robot that can pose a serious threat to any enemy team. However, there are some robots that can counter Nether effectively, either by using their own abilities or by using their weapons. The table below shows some of the robots that can counter Nether in different ways.
  • Scorpion can teleport behind Nether and freeze it with its rockets, preventing it from using its ability or escaping.
  • Hawk can fly above Nether and damage it with its beam, bypassing its forcefield and built-in weapon.
  • Shell can charge at Nether and detonate its explosive shield, breaking its forcefield and freezing it.
  • Typhon can disable Nether’s ability and weapons with its Blackout, and suppress it with its machine guns.
  • Orochi can stealthily approach Nether and ignite it with its flamethrowers, bypassing its forcefield and built-in weapon.
