Robot Hawk from War Robots Game

Hawk is a robot that was specifically created to fight Titans. Hawk is capable of transforming into a massive weapon that draws on all its equipment’s power and partially ignores enemy defense systems. Hawk also has a unique defense system that can partially redirect received damage to the enemy. Hawk belongs to the SpaceTech faction.

Ability of Hawk
Hawk’s ability is called Transform. When activated, Hawk takes off and transforms into a weapon that partially ignores enemy defense. Equipped weapons are disabled during flight, but their quality and level affect damage caused by the built-in weapon. The built-in weapon is an energy weapon that deals massive damage and has a 500m range.

Transform lasts for 8 seconds and then enters a 18 second cooldown phase.

While using Transform, Hawk also activates a Reflector shield, which partially blocks received damage and redirects it to the one dealing it. Reflector doesn’t fully protect Hawk, but it can’t be mitigated.

The Transform and Reflector abilities make Hawk a very powerful robot that can fly above the enemies and damage them with its huge laser cannon. The abilities also allow Hawk to survive longer and deal more damage.

Strategy of Hawk
Hawk is a medium robot with two heavy hardpoints and two light hardpoints. This means that it can equip a variety of weapons to suit different ranges and playstyles. Some of the popular weapon combinations for Hawk are:

Nucleon and Quarker: These are energy weapons that deal more damage as they fire continuously. They are effective at mid-long range and can bypass energy shields.
Ember and Igniter: These are flamethrowers that deal continuous damage and have a chance to ignite the enemy. They are effective at close-mid range and can bypass physical shields.
Exodus and Thermite: These are rocket launchers that deal high burst damage and have a chance to ignite the enemy. They are effective at close-mid range and can break physical shields.
The best way to use Hawk is to time its ability wisely and take advantage of its flight and laser cannon. Hawk should avoid exposing itself to enemy fire when its ability is on cooldown or when its reflector is depleted, as it has low durability and no other defensive mechanisms. Hawk should also avoid engaging multiple enemies at once, as its laser cannon can only target one enemy at a time.

A good strategy for Hawk is to fly above the enemies and fire its laser cannon at them, especially at Titans or other high-value targets. Hawk can also use its ability defensively, to escape from danger or to surprise attack an enemy.

Hawk Threat Measure
Hawk is one of the most powerful robots in War Robots, as it can fly above the enemies and damage them with its huge laser cannon that partially ignores enemy defense systems. However, Hawk is not invincible, and it has some weaknesses that can be exploited by smart enemies.

Some of the ways to counter Hawk are:

Use stealth detection or quantum radar modules to reveal its location and target it.
Use weapons or abilities that can bypass or break its reflector shield, such as rockets, flamethrowers, Titans’ weapons, or Arthur’s Blast Wave.
Use weapons or abilities that can disable or reduce its firepower or mobility, such as EMP, suppression, lockdown, or corrosion.
Use teamwork and coordination to focus fire on Hawk when its ability is on cooldown or when it is outnumbered.

Counterplay Hawk
Hawk is a very powerful robot that can pose a serious threat to any enemy team. However, there are some robots that can counter Hawk effectively, either by using their own abilities or by using their weapons. The table below shows some of the robots that can counter Hawk in different ways.
  • Scorpion can teleport behind Hawk and freeze it with its rockets, preventing it from using its ability or escaping.
  • Hawk can fly above Hawk and damage it with its beam, bypassing its reflector shield and laser cannon.
  • Shell can charge at Hawk and detonate its explosive shield, breaking its reflector shield and freezing it.
  • Typhon can disable Hawk’s ability and weapons with its Blackout, and suppress it with its machine guns.
  • Orochi can stealthily approach Hawk and ignite it with its flamethrowers, bypassing its reflector shield and laser cannon.
